Dollar Bills And Vending Machines At Work Are Why I Can’t Lose Weight

After dealing with rehab from knee surgery last December and a bad back for several weeks I’ve finally found myself getting back into the gym. While I feel better I’m not losing any weight. I’d love to tell you I’m big boned (I’m not) or that there’s a family history of obesity (there isn’t) or that I simply eat too much (I don’t). My problem is snacks. We work in an office where people are constantly bringing in donuts, pies, brownies etc.

Even worse, we have vending machines here loaded with Ho-Ho’s, Pop Tarts, Doritos, you name it. The soda machine doesn’t help either. Then I realized that none of those things can make me fat if I don’t bring dollar bills to work. We don’t have a change making machine and no one here seems to carry quarters on them so as long as I leave the bills at home in a jar (maybe I’ll get rich too) I should be able to get slim and trim. Sure the carbs and sugar in crappy snack food convert into stored fat in my body BUT the dollar bills have to convert to crappy snack food first so if I stop the chain of events before it starts I should be golden!
