Do you have an unruly neighbor that gets under your skin? We have a guy that rolls

through our apartment complex on his Harley revving it so it pops and backfires…

AT FREAKIN’ MIDNIGHT!

This happens nightly.  You could set your watch to this clown. It rattles the windows of our home – LITERALLY!  The blatant disregard for the rest of us in the community disgusts me. It’s like he’s and his bike are the sole occupants of Earth.
