The Stanislaus County Fair is ON!  So prepare to use another belt loop or two after this week because with the fair – comes FAIR FOOD, baby!

Let’s face it – deep frying something makes it better and the good folks behind fair cuisine know that.  Case in point – corn dogs, onion rings and funnel cake.

But over the last few years the Fair Food Vendors have really upped their game.  They’re dropping loads of goodies in the deep fryer.  Now you can partake in a deep fried pickles – deep fried Oreo Cookies and deep fried Twinkies!

Can you think of another food that NEEDS to be deep fried?  I’m anxiously awaiting the day when some deep fries a slice of pizza!
