People are fuming over Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg’s getting all big brother on us by profiling us and misusing our personal data. Seriously? I do not get this…
Any company you deal with on the internet is mining your information and selling it off. Nobody is forcing you to have a Facebook profile…you don’t have to be on it at all. But think about all of the things you get to do for free:
- Communicate with your old classmates
- Stay in touch with relatives
- Find long lost friends
- Sell anything you want in relative safety
…and you can do it FOR FREE!
I used to be part of a neighborhood Facebook page. We all looked out for one another. It’s better than any security system. People also posted babysitting information, handyman details, lost animals…again, FOR FREE!

You can annoy all of your friends by posting pictures of your cats, your dogs, your kids, and your desserts at Applebees… ALL FOR FREE!
If it wasn’t for Facebook, no one would know when your birthday is. It seems like we’re just being mad…to be mad? Who cares if they know where I live and that I buy my Cat Food on Amazon.
