Looks like we’re getting ready to get the trifecta of minor league sports!

Okay – trifecta is a horse racing term but you get the idea. We’ve got Stockton Ports baseball, Stockton Heat Hockey…and now Hoops!

Ryn Stephens broke the news yesterday- Stockton is getting a professional basketball team.  The Sacramento Kings Minor league team is relocating from Nevada.  Stockton Arena will be the new home of the Reno Bighorns.

They’re definitely gonna need a new name….thoughts?
