Avast Ye Matey!! This scene from the Pirates of the Caribbean Ride at Disneyland is about to walk the Plank!
The auction scene which has a banner that reads, “Auction: Take a wench for a bride” will reportedly be revamped to a general auction for “Pirates Loot”.
According the San Jose Mercury News , the re-vamp will start April 23, and could be closed through May from some published reports, however no confirmation has been given.
The last change was back in 1997 when Disneyland removed the scene where lusty Pirates were chasing frightened women.
