Is it too early to think about Christmas shopping? Well I’m sure the folks at Vintage Faire Mall and Weberstown Mall don’t think so as we often see Christmas decorations in shopping centers go up right after Halloween.

When I was a kid I used to get excited for Christmas Day hoping beyond hope that I’d get that pair of walkie talkies or whatever new hi-tech (for the time) item a 12 year old boy was into. Now that I’m 50… (holds hand over mouth while barely saying the rest) I don’t get excited for Christmas gifts any longer as I get the things I didn’t want as a kid, clothes. Yay (sarcasm intended). Do I need them, yeah probably but what I WANT usually has a Rams, Dodgers, Lakers or Edmonton Oilers logo on it. So I’m now expensive to buy for typically. I’d probably buy me clothes too. If it doesn’t have a sports logo on it I love kitsch. The cheesier the better and this gloriously cheesy item is right up my alley, an inflatable palm tree cooler!

All I have to do is set this baby up next the pool I recently installed for the low, low price of $19.99 (it just needs a taller slide) and it’ll transform my back yard from an overgrown weed infested nightmare to an overgrown weed infested nightmare with a kiddy pool and an inflatable palm tree cooler! Yeesssssss, Iiiiii like it!
